Education Fund Membership

Yes! I’d like to become a member of the Education Fund.

Active employees of at least three months can apply for funding to pay for educational opportunities that support their role at Acclaim Health.

This includes:

• Up to $400 per fiscal year for workshops, seminars, courses.
• Up to $2,000 per fiscal year for tuition related to a college or university degree, diploma or designation.

Maximum amount of funding per staff per fiscal year (March 31 to April 1) not to exceed $2,000.
