Each year, we help over 20,000 people improve their quality of life through the dedication of our team of over 550 staff, 400 volunteers and many donors and supporters.

Our full spectrum of programs support physical and mental well-being through independent living, reduced social isolation, innovative dementia care, end of life care and bereavement support.

Acclaim Health wishes to acknowledge and honour the Treaty Lands and Territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee and the Huron-Wendat peoples. Acclaim Health recognizes the hard truth that Indigenous people have experienced centuries of racism and genocide at the hands of colonizers. These ongoing injustices have caused immense pain to Indigenous people, the land, water, air, and all living things alike.
