A variety of care levels are available to meet your needs. Whether that be companionship, personal support, or nursing Acclaim Health’s Private Care team is here to help.

Your personal care can include:

• Nursing care
• Assistance with showering and personal hygiene
• Help getting dressed
• Foot care
• Friendly, engaged companionship for people living with cognitive or physical impairments

Practical help can include:

• Grocery shopping
• Meal preparation
• Transportation to appointments
• Housekeeping
• Safety phone call checks
